Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Wrong item ordered

• Dissatisfaction with the product

Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality control seriously. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at davidsamaro14@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, determine if a replacement or partial credit is appropriate.

Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once downloaded or accessed.
